We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For bulk or recurring orders, we can also arrange net-30 terms on approval.

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@solidbarrel.com or call (903) 441-3399. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return.

Standard ground shipments arrive in 3 to 7 business days. LTL freight for drums and totes typically takes 5 to 10 business days. We ship from Taylor, Texas.

Currently we ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time, but contact us if you have a specific need and we will see what we can do.

Steel drums, IBC totes, and large orders ship via LTL freight on pallets. We palletize, stretch-wrap, and add corner protectors. After ordering, we will confirm delivery details like liftgate or dock delivery.

Contact us right away with photos of the damage. We will file a freight claim and send a replacement as quickly as possible. We stand behind every shipment.

We sell new containers unless a product listing explicitly says otherwise. Every item description includes full specifications so you know exactly what you are getting.

We carry carbon steel drums, stainless steel drums, HDPE (high-density polyethylene) totes and pails, and fiber/cardboard drums. Material is always listed on the product page.

Many of our drums and pails are UN-rated for hazardous material transport. Check the product page for UN certification details. If you need help finding a UN-rated container, contact us.

Yes. Our standard online listings let you order as few as one unit. This is a great way to evaluate a product before committing to a bulk order.

There is no strict minimum, but we generally offer volume pricing starting at pallet quantities. Submit an inquiry on our Bulk Orders page and we will put together a quote.

Absolutely. We work with many customers on scheduled deliveries — monthly, quarterly, or on a custom cadence. Let us know your needs when you submit a bulk inquiry.
