Shipping information

We ship industrial packaging the right way. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets from our warehouse to yours.

Standard Shipping

Most smaller items — pails, lids, fittings, and accessories — ship via parcel carriers such as UPS Ground based on weight and destination.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days typically ship the same day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Standard shipping rates are calculated from your destination ZIP, package dimensions, and total shipment weight. We do not add hidden handling fees.

Freight Shipping (LTL)

Steel drums, IBC totes, and large-quantity orders ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, typically with SAIA or similar national carriers.

Freight shipments are palletized and secured in our warehouse before pickup. We work with a network of vetted freight carriers to find the best rate and transit time for your location.

For freight orders, we will confirm delivery details — including whether you need a liftgate, limited-access delivery, or dock delivery. If you already know your requirements, include them in the order notes at checkout.

Shipping Times

Standard ground: 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. Most orders within Texas and neighboring states arrive in 2 to 4 business days.

LTL freight: 5 to 10 business days for most domestic destinations. Remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii may take longer.

We ship from Taylor, Texas (76574). Transit times are fastest to the southern and central United States, but we deliver nationwide.

How We Package

Industrial containers need industrial-grade packing. Every drum, tote, and pail is inspected before it leaves our facility. We use heavy-duty palletizing, stretch wrap, and corner protectors to prevent damage in transit.

Smaller items are boxed with appropriate void fill. Fragile accessories like bungs and fittings are packed separately to prevent shifting.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will file a freight claim on your behalf and get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible. We stand behind every shipment.
