How your order gets there.
Drums and totes ship LTL on pallets we build ourselves; fittings go UPS Ground. Here is everything that happens between our dock and yours.
Standard shipping
Smaller items — pails, lids, fittings and accessories — ship by parcel carrier, usually UPS Ground, rated on weight and destination.
Orders placed by 2 p.m. Central on a business day ship the same day. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. A tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse.
Rates come from your destination ZIP, package dimensions and total weight. We add no handling fees.
Freight shipping (LTL)
Steel drums, IBC totes and large-quantity orders ship LTL, typically with SAIA or a comparable national carrier.
Freight shipments are palletized and wrapped in our own warehouse before pickup. We work a network of vetted carriers to find the rate and transit time that fit your location.
We confirm delivery details before the truck moves — liftgate, limited access, dock. If you already know what you need, put it in the order notes at checkout.
Shipping times
Standard ground: three to seven business days depending on destination. Texas and neighbouring states usually land in two to four.
LTL freight: five to ten business days for most domestic destinations. Remote locations, Alaska and Hawaii take longer.
We ship from Taylor, Texas, 76574. Transit is fastest through the southern and central states, but we deliver nationwide.
How we package
Industrial containers need industrial packing. Every drum, tote and pail is inspected before it leaves. We use heavy-duty palletizing, stretch wrap and corner protectors so nothing shifts in transit.
Smaller items are boxed with proper void fill. Fragile fittings like bungs and gaskets are packed separately.
If your order arrives damaged, tell us straight away with photos. We file the freight claim on your behalf and get a replacement moving.
