By accessing or using the Solid Barrel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product information and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product. Specifications including dimensions, capacity, and materials are provided as accurately as possible.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

For bulk or freight orders, additional terms may apply. Contact our sales team for volume pricing and custom shipping arrangements.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our warehouse in Taylor, Texas. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For freight shipments, please inspect all containers upon delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and a restocking fee may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Please contact us before returning any product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solid Barrel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
